New Year’s Swim Practice

As 2016 comes to a close, we wanted to send out one last swim practice to those triathletes who have helped make this past year awesome!

Warmup

3×100 fr on rest 20
3×50 pull on rest 15
4×25 fr on rest 10
**Focus on swimming tall and relaxed

Pre-set

4×50 on rest 15 descend 1-3, 4 ez

Primary

16×25-every 4th fast on :30 or rest :10
100 pull ez
12×25-every 3rd fast on :30 or rest :10
75 pull ez
8×25-every other fast on :30 or rest :10
50 pull ez
4×25-all fast on :30 or rest :10
25 pull ez

Warmdown-Push off, swim out 8.5 yards, then swim back any speed you desire 🙂

Total: 2017 yards
