For one more full session, we will be back at the College of Saint Rose for all of our programs! Our Late Fall programs are scheduled to begin 10/14, and run through 11/19.

Public registration opens on 9/27 at 8am on our website!

For families who are currently a part of our Fall session, please check your email for pre-registration directions.

We are still moving along with construction of our swim studio! With a few delays, we are now looking towards mid November for the completion of the project. If all goes well, this will align nicely with the conclusion of our Late Fall programs. Once we have a definitive opening date, we will immediately send the information forward, along with open house dates and program schedules. We appreciate everyone’s patience, and look forward to showing everyone the finished site very soon!

With our current Fall training block in full effect, we have decided to revive our Excel Aquatics Online Training Group via Facebook. We will be posting weekly practices that follow along each weekly technical emphasis, which will provide either an additional structured practice for those who attend our program, or allow those who are unable to attend to still follow along.
