Resource Group for Triathlon Swimmers

For any triathletes looking for some structure and guidance while training on their own, we have created a Facebook group just for you! Each week, we will be posting three practices that not only include 30 and 60 minute options, but also will have attached stroke/drill work resources so you can get the most out of your time in the pool!
