We offer make-up classes for eligible absences for our weekly on site programs to ensure your child doesn’t miss out on their progress. Our system relies on a “give and take” community—as such, make-ups are not guaranteed and only available when other families report their absences at least 4 hours before the start of class!
1. Reporting an Absence
- Absences for on site weekly lessons must be submitted via the Customer Portal only; since our system is live and our staff are not monitoring emails or calls 24/7, this is the only way to ensure all absences are handled fairly and appropriately for all families.
- Must be reported 4+ hours before class start time.
- Advance notice can be given up to 4 weeks out.
2. Scheduling a Make-Up
- Book via Absences & Makeups in the portal.
- Availability is updated in real-time.
- Must match your or your child’s current class type.
The 4-Hour Rule: To be eligible for a make-up, the system requires notice at least 4 hours before your class starts. Late reports in the portal are not eligible for make-up classes, and the system will automatically reject the submission.
