Excel Aquatics is a swim school at 1770 Central Ave, Unit 17, in Colonie — just across the county line from Niskayuna, a short drive via Balltown Road and Central Ave. We’ve been teaching children and adults to swim since 2012.
Why families from Niskayuna choose Excel Aquatics
Our lessons are private and one-on-one. Each lesson is one swimmer with one instructor, so your child gets the instructor’s full attention from start to finish. The instructor gets to know how your child learns and plans each lesson around their next skill — whether that’s getting comfortable in the water, floating, breathing, or building strokes. Private lessons are available for children ages 3–13 and for adults.
From the Balltown Road corridor, Niskayuna High School, or the neighborhoods off Route 7, you can reach us without getting on a highway.
“Proper swim instructors teaching fundamentals and advanced swim in a really engaging way. 5 and 3 year olds grew so fast in just a few weeks and are still going!”
— Devin O.
