Adult Drop In Swimming Lessons
As one of our newer programs here at Excel, we are excited to offer drop in lessons! These classes are for those who cannot commit to weekly lessons, or would prefer to have the same instructor during each scheduled class. In this program, families choose single classes based on class and instructor availability.
Instructors
**When registering, PLEASE match yourself with the appropriate coach who is listed as teaching adult classes. Each coach has specific classes they have been trained to teach. If a non listed pairing occurs (ie swimmer registered is adult) with a specific instructor, and adult is not listed under the classes that the instructor teaches, the lesson will be cancelled**

New classes for upcoming drop ins will be added every Monday. When no class options appear, this means that all slots are filled; please check back at a later date!
All of our pricing is broken down on a per class basis, and charged at the time of registration for each individual drop in class. The breakdown of fees and pricing can be found HERE.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change! Our Daytime Drop–In Program is designed for flexibility. To help us manage instructor schedules and ensure availability for all families, please adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy applies specifically to lessons booked within the Daytime Drop–In Program.
1. Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your drop–in lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- There is no fee for cancelling with 24 hours or more notice. You will receive a full credit to your Excel Aquatics account for the lesson fee, which can be used for a future drop–in lesson.
2. Cancellations Made Inside 24 Hours (but More Than 4 Hours) Before Start Time:
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours but more than 4 hours’ notice, a $20.00 administrative fee per lesson will apply.
- The remaining balance of your lesson fee will be credited to your Excel Aquatics account for future use.
- Example: If your lesson costs $70, and you cancel 10 hours in advance, a $20 fee is charged, and a $50 credit is applied to your account.
3. Cancellations Made Within 4 Hours of Scheduled Lesson Time or No-Shows:
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 4 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your scheduled lesson (no-show), the full lesson fee will be forfeited.
- No credits or refunds will be provided in these instances.
4. Instructor Cancellations:
- In the event an Excel Aquatics instructor must cancel a scheduled lesson, they will notify registered families directly to reschedule. Excel Aquatics will also attempt to contact you.
- There will be no charge for lessons cancelled by an instructor. You will receive a full credit to your account for the lesson.
5. Program Cancellations (e.g., Facility Closure):
- In the rare circumstance that Excel Aquatics must cancel a block of lessons, affected families will be notified by staff as soon as possible.
- Families will receive a full credit to their account.
General Class Schedule
Classes will be held when each instructor is available, as posted in the Jackrabbit Portal under ‘Appointments’. As these lessons are drop in, all schedules and instructor availability are subject to change outside of what is already posted within the Jackrabbit Portal. There is no guarantee that drop in slots will be available at any time.
