Kid's Drop In Swimming Lessons

As one of our newer programs here at Excel, we are excited to offer drop in lessons! These classes are for those who cannot commit to weekly lessons, or would prefer to have the same instructor during each scheduled class. In this program, families choose classes based on their chosen instructors’ availability.

Instructors

**When registering, PLEASE match your swimmers needs with the appropriate coach. Each coach has specific classes they have been trained to teach. If a non listed pairing occurs (ie swimmer registered is precompetitive with a specific instructor, and precompetitive is not listed under the classes that the instructor teaches, the lesson will be cancelled**

For new Excel families who do not yet have a portal account, please click the link above; the system will guide you through creating an account. Upon successful account creation, you can then then register for a drop in class!

Registrations, Payment & Pricing Information

All registrations are completed through the Jackrabbit Portal. 

All of our pricing is broken down on a per class basis, and charged at the time of registration for each individual drop in class. The breakdown of fees and pricing can be found HERE.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change! Our Drop-In Program is designed for flexibility. To help us manage instructor schedules and ensure availability for all families, please adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy applies specifically to lessons booked within the Drop-In Program.

1. Changes Made MORE Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Lesson Time:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your drop-in lesson and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, a $15.00 administrative fee per lesson will apply.
  • The remaining balance of your lesson fee will be credited to your Excel Aquatics account. This credit can be used for a future drop-in lesson or other Excel Aquatics programs (as applicable).

2. Changes Made LESS Than 24 Hours (but MORE Than 4 Hours) Before Scheduled Lesson Time:

  • If you cancel or reschedule your drop-in lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, but more than 4 hours’ notice, a fee equal to 50% of the lesson price will be charged.
  • The remaining 50% of your lesson fee will be credited to your Excel Aquatics account for future use.

3. Changes Made LESS Than 4 Hours Before Scheduled Lesson Time or No-Shows:

  • If you cancel or reschedule your drop-in lesson with less than 4 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your scheduled lesson (no-show), the full lesson fee will be forfeited.
  • No credits or refunds will be provided in these instances.

4. Class Cancellations:

  • In the event an Excel Aquatics must cancel a scheduled lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, pool issues), Excel Aquatics will reach out immediately to notify you. 
  • There will be no charge for lessons cancelled by an Excel Aquatics instructor. You will receive a full credit to your account for the lesson, which can be used to rebook at your convenience.

General Class Schedule

Classes will be held when each instructor is available, as posted in the Jackrabbit Portal. As these lessons are drop in, all schedules and instructor availability are subject to change outside of what is already posted within the Jackrabbit Portal. There is no guarantee that drop in slots will be available at any time.
