After 399 (and counting) days of construction, we are finally getting to the end of our build out journey, which means we can OFFICIALLY begin the registration process for new families. For our start date, we have decided to make Monday, May 13th our first day of new family classes, with registration opening on our website on Tuesday, April 30th at 8am. Below we have outlined the general class schedule, as well as a few specials!
With regards to general registration and billing, please note that our programs are now being offered monthly, with automatic reenrollment month to month. To cancel enrollment, we require a minimum 2 week written notice prior to the next monthly billing cycle in order to remove you from the enrolled slot. The monthly model is going to create more flexibility with adding additional time slots for families, having more makeups available, and allow us to offer both short term and long term commitment options and specials!

Children’s Learn to Swim Classes Mon-Thurs 4pm-7:30pm | Sat-Sun 9am-2pm
Pre-competitive Tues & Thurs 6pm-7:30pm | Sun 10:30am-12pm
Adult Learn to Swim Mon-Thurs 7pm-7:30pm | Sat-Sun 1pm-2pm

As our way of saying THANK YOU for your patience as we have gone through the build out process of the studio, we will be offering the following discount options to all new families who register by May 31st!
New Family Enrollment-waived annual service fees ($15 per swimmer) & 15% off your first month of programs!
4 Month Prepay Discount-for those families who would like to lock in a discounted rate for more than their first month, we will be offering a 4 month commitment special, with 15% off your first month, and 10% off of months 2-4!**
Family Raffles-all newly registered families will receive 1 raffle tickets per enrollment for our studio opening! Details on raffle prizes to follow.
Excel Swag Bag-all enrollments in our learn to swim classes will receive a swag bag on their first day of lessons, along with a keychain and attachable cards for each level completed!
**For all prepay discount programs, full tuition fees are due at the time of enrollment. Cancellation cannot be submitted until after the term of the prepay discount is completed. For those interested in a prepay promotion, please email info@goswimexcel.com upon registration**
Closed Dates & General Scheduling
With our move to monthly classes, we can now confirm yearly closed dates for all programs! Please see our list of closed dates below-
May 25-27 (Saturday-Monday): Memorial Day Weekend July 4-7 (Thursday-Sunday): July 4th Weekend August 31-September 2 (Saturday-Monday): Labor Day Weekend October 31 (Thursday): Halloween, no PM classes November 27-31 (Wednesday-Sunday): Thanksgiving Break December 23-January 1: Winter Holiday Break
These dates will be posted on our website and in the portal as official closures. Please note that additional unplanned dates can be added (snow storm, weather, etc), and all enrolled families will be notified accordingly.
