Math Blaster Practice

Today’s practice involves some clock work and math…always good to break a mental sweat as well as a physical one!

WU-200 Fr
4×50 Kick/swim by 25 on rest :30
3×100 Fr as 75 build/5 seconds rest/25 uptempo on rest :20

Primary

500 Fr (400, get time + 100) on rest :20
400 Fr (300, get time +100)-get total time on rest :20
300 Fr (200, get time +100)-get total time on rest :20
200 Fr (100, get time + 100)-get total time on rest :20
5×100 Fr faster than 100 split from 200 on rest :30

The goal is to have each successive total time beat your split from the previous swim. For example, you want your total 400 Fr time to beat your 400 split from your 500, your 300 Fr time to beat your 300 split from your 400, etc. For the 5×100, the goal is to have all of your 100s beat your first 100 of your 200.
