3 rounds of:

1×50 kick/Fr by 25 on rest :20

1×50 drill/Fr by 25 on rest :20

1×50 Fr on rest :20

**Keep the drill the same for all 3 rounds and make sure it is applicable to a change you are looking to make

Pre-set

12×25 Fr on rest :15 alternate odds with a soft kick behind you, evens with a fast kick behind you

Primary

100 pull on rest :20

4×100 Fr alt fast and ez on rest :30

100 pull on rest :20

4×50 Fr alt fast and ez on rest :20

100 pull on rest :20

4×25 Fr all fast on rest :15

100 pull EZ

4×100 as 25 kick FAST/25 Fr on rest :30
