We understand that life happens! If you need to adjust the lesson schedule from your originally confirmed classes (ie a reschedule request or cancellation), please fill out this form at least 12 hours prior to your lesson day and time. Your instructor will then be in touch to discuss options, followed by a written confirmation of the new schedule.
As a reminder, any submission less than 12 hours from the scheduled lesson time counts as a late cancellation. Late cancellations result in the lesson deposit from the start of the season being used to cover the cost of the lesson. Families will then not be able to use the deposit to cover the cost of the final lesson of the summer.
