Lots of numbers (swim practice)!

Lots of numbers and intervals in today’s practice…..for the primary, be sure to go long and smooth on the pulls, and push the 25s. The incremental rest on the 25s should allow for a greater effort as the rounds continue.

4×125 Fr as 50 choice drill + 75 Fr build on rest :20
**Be sure to choose the same drill for the first 50, and be conservative with the 75 build. Start easy, and focus on maintaining your stroke correction as you speed up.

50 EZ on rest :30

Round 2:
150 pull on rest :25
5×25 FAST on rest :15
75 EZ on rest :30

Round 3:
100 pull on rest :20
6×25 FAST on rest :20
100 EZ on rest :30

Round 4:
50 pull on rest :15
7×25 FAST on rest :25
125 EZ WD
