Here is a snow day practice to keep yourself going!

WU-3×100 Fr on rest :15

2 rounds of-
6×25 Fr on rest :20 as right arm only, left arm only, full freestyle x2
3×50 Fr on rest :20 descend 1-3

**For the single arm, try and balance your body using your core more than just your arm**

Primary
2×300 Fr negative split on rest :30
50 Fr on rest :20
100 Fr on rest :20
150 Fr on rest :20
200 Fr on rest :20
**Be sure to get base time on the 50. The goal here is to hold your base time throughout the set. IE if you swim :40 for the 50, your 100 will be 1:20, 150 will be 2:00, and 200 will be 2:40. It is highly recommended to start off at a fairly easy pace that you can hold as you scale**

2×150 Fr negative split on rest :30
25 Fr on rest :10
50 Fr on rest :10
75 Fr on rest :10
100 Fr on rest :10
**Get base time for 25, and hold for the 50-100**

Total: 2550 + WD

Enjoy!
