Triathlon Swim Practice 11/6

Another Wednesday brings us another triathlon swim practice. Today we will be focusing on isolating our pull and kick, then bringing it all together for full Freestyle.

WU-200 Fr
        2×100 Pull
        4×50 as drill/swim by 25 (your choice of drill)
        8×25 descend 1-4, 5-8

**Take :20 rest between each swim**

Primary [1500]

4×25 as 12.5 kick/12.5 swim on rest :15
4×25 pull on rest :15
4×25 Fr, descend 1-4 on rest :15

Rest :30

4×50 as 25 kick/25 swim on rest :20
4×50 pull on rest :20
4×50 Fr descend 1-4 on rest :20

Rest :30

3×100 on rest :30 as
#1-kick (or kick/swim by 25)
#2-pull build
#3-Freestyle FAST

Rest :30

300 Fr with the first 25 of each 100 your choice drill 

Total: 2300 + WD
