Open water swim season is practically upon us. Here is one more practice to help in the final preparation stages of training.

25 drill (your choice) on rest :15
50 FrĀ  on rest :15, descend by round-try and incorporate the drill stroke change on each 50 Fr

Primary [1400]
250 Fr on rest :30-last 50 uptempo
225 Pull on rest :20

200 Fr as 75 Long and controlled/25 drill x2 on rest :30
175 Pull as 100 EZ/75 FAST on rest :20

150 Fr, descend by 50 on rest :30
125 Pull as 25 breathe to right side only/75 long and controlled/25 breathe left side only on rest :20

100 Fr negative split on rest :20
75 Pull on rest :20, match your stroke count per 25

50 Fr FAST on rest :20
50 Pull EZ

2300 + WD
