2×200 Fr Pull on rest :20-second swim must be at least :08 seconds faster than first
3×50 Fr descend 1-3 on rest :15

2×150 Fr on rest :20-second swim must be at least :06 seconds faster than first
2×50 Fr Pull descend 1-2 on rest :15

2×100 Fr Pull on rest :20-second swim must be at least :04 faster than first
