2×75 Fr pull on rest :20 (same focus as above)
4×25 Fr on rest :15, descend 1-4
2×50 Fr pull on rest :20 (same focus as above)
4×25 Fr on rest :15, descend 1-4

**The goal for this mini set is to be sure you are breathing efficiently, both on the pull, and 25s descend. Breathing early and often will help immensely as the season begins and you are getting back in shape**

2×50 Fr on rest :30-distance per stroke. Count your strokes and match per 50
