2×100 Fr pull on rest :20 smooth and controlled, focus on the timing and consistency of your breathing
4×25 Fr on rest :15, descend 1-4
2×75 Fr pull on rest :20 (same focus as above)
4×25 Fr on rest :15, descend 1-4
2×50 Fr pull on rest :20 (same focus as above)
4×25 Fr on rest :15, descend 1-4
2×25 Fr pull on rest :20 (same focus as above)
4×25 Fr on rest :15, descend 1-4
**The goal for this mini set is to be sure you are breathing efficiently, both on the pull, and 25s descend. Breathing early and often will help immensely as the season begins and you are getting back in shape**
Primary
2×200 Fr on rest :30, descend 1-2
**Only objective here is the second swim is faster than the first
2×50 Fr on rest :30-distance per stroke. Count your strokes and match per 50
2×150 Fr on rest :20, descend 1-2
**Only objective here is the second swim is faster than the first
2×50 Fr pull on rest :30, active recovery
2×100 Fr on rest :10, descend 1-2
2×50 Fr on rest :30-distance per stroke
2400 + WD
